Mary C. Burke, Ph.D. Executive Director Dr. Mary Burke is a faculty member in the Psychology Department at Carlow University where she is the Director of Training for the Doctoral Program in Counseling Psychology. During the summer months, Dr. Burke serves as affiliate faculty in the Department of Counseling and Human Services at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Burke's commitment to social justice and equity is manifest in her research, teaching, and activism. Currently she represents the Association for Women in Psychology on the United Nations Conference of Non-Governmental Organizations Committee on Mental Health. In addition to her participation in various national and international professional associations, Dr. Burke collaboratively founded and directs the Project to End Human Trafficking. This United States based non-profit group works regionally, nationally, and internationally to raise awareness about the enslavement and economic exploitation of human beings.
Kimberly S. Bellora Co-Associate Director Originally from Monessen, PA, Kimberly graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Psychology and a certificate in Women's Studies. Currently, she serves as Chief of Staff for State Representative Dan B. Frankel. She is a recent graduate of the Coro Women in Leadership Program, where she and her classmates worked collaboratively to create a website, www.pawomen.org , which serves as a resource clearinghouse for women in Southwestern Pennsylvania. In addition to being an active member of her community, Kimberly has also shown a great interest in the non-profit sector, specifically with organizations devoted to bringing about social justice. She is an active volunteer with Planned Parenthood of Southwestern PA and has recently been named Associate Director of the Project to End Human Trafficking.
Jennifer Redfield Co-Associate Director A full-time working mother, Jennifer Redfield (Rainey) graduated from Chatham University with a B.A. in 1998 as a 'Gateway' adult returning student. Her work with human trafficking began as personal research in 2003 leading her to attend a global conference workshop on human trafficking in 2005 where she met Dr. Burke. Beginning as a volunteer, Jennifer soon became Volunteer Coordinator at PEHT creating many new projects and helping to develop PEHT's growing infrastructure. She is currently PEHT's Co-Associate Director.
Shannon Dietrich Staff Member Shannon Dietrich is an undergraduate student at Carlow University. She has served in various positions with the Project to End Human Trafficking since the fall of 2005. Currently, Shannon is responsible for compiling information regarding sex trafficking instances from around the world. Her reports can be found on the Project's website.
Christen Dobson Special Project Coordinator From 2005-2006, Christen Dobson served as the Program Assistant at Global Youth Connect (GYC), an international human rights organization that supports youth who are actively promoting and protecting human rights and educates the next generation to work for peaceful change. She is an alumnus of their August 2005 human rights delegation to Guatemala and served as staff on the 2006 Guatemala delegation and 2007 delegation to El Salvador. In addition to her time in Central America with GYC, she has volunteered with a health organization based in Santa Ana, El Salvador working with the construction of latrines in rural communities and has also spent time in Mexico. She recently spent several weeks volunteering in Phnom Penh with Khemara, a Cambodian organization working for the advancement of women and children, and traveling throughout Southeast Asia. She currently serves as the Director of Outreach with the Project to End Human Trafficking and as a selection member with the GYC Guatemala Small Grants Committee. Throughout her professional and academic experiences, Christen has specifically focused on the promotion of women and children's rights in Latin America and Southeast Asia and is particularly passionate concerning human trafficking. During her undergraduate study, she spent one year studying Japanese language, international politics, and human rights at Kansai Gaidai University in Osaka, Japan. Christen has a BA from Mount Union College with a double major in International Studies and Japanese and a minor in Spanish and will pursue a Master's in International Affairs with a concentration in Human Rights at Columbia University's School for International and Public Affairs this fall.
Sarah Mohler Volunteer Coordinator Originally Sarah is from central PA and attended Juniata College, where she received her B.A. in English with minors in criminal justice and writing. Following her undergraduate education, Sarah attended the University of Pittsburgh's School of Social Work, where she received her MSW in 2003, followed by her LSW in 2005. Sarah currently works in the field of child abuse, she is a part-time mobile therapist, and she is pursuing licensure as a clinical social worker. Sarah is responsible for coordinating volunteer activities for PEHT.

Abby Kroh Media Coordinator As Media Coordinator, Abby conducts internet-based searches for the purpose of identifying anti-human trafficking organizations, establishing relationships and fostering a formal exchange of information with the objective of producing a comprehensive database of anti-trafficking resources worldwide.
Michael Form Webmaster Michael Form is currently attending University of Pittsburgh as an undergraduate student. He has served as Webmaster with the Project to End Human Trafficking since early 2006. He is currently the IT Manager and Program Organizer for Planned Parenthood PA Advocates and Planned Parenthood of Western PA.
Project to End Human Trafficking - Baltimore Division
Amy L. Ensign Director, Baltimore Division aensign@endhumantrafficking.org Amy is originally from Minnesota. Her undergraduate degree is from Bemidji State University in secondary English. While at Bemidji State she developed a youth mentoring program with Upward Bound and was employed in many different positions within that nonprofit. Upward Bound’s mission is to give high school students equal access to higher education. During her time in Northern Minnesota, Amy also spent two years teaching English at the high school level on the Red Lake Indian Reservation. Currently, Amy resides in Baltimore, Maryland and is a graduate student at Johns Hopkins University working towards her degree in secondary education. She teaches at Northwestern High School also in Baltimore. There, she is the director and instructor of the public relations academy, which specializes in student journalism. Amy joined the staff of the Project to End Human Trafficking in the fall of 2007 and is working to develop an Anti-Human Trafficking Coalition in Baltimore, Maryland.
Project to End Human Trafficking - Southeastern VA - Hampton Roads Division
Nicole Travis, M.S. Co-Director, Southeastern VA - Hampton Roads Division ntravis@endhumantrafficking.org A native of Northern Virginia, Nicole Travis first moved to Hampton Roads over 15 years ago to earn her bachelors degree at Old Dominion University. Nicole returned to Old Dominion to earn her master's degree in counseling and has spent much of her career working in the area of HIV/Aids prevention and treatment. Collaboratively, she and Dustin Jensen coordinate the Hampton Roads Anti-Human Trafficking Coalition.
Dustin Jensen Co-Director, Southeastern VA - Hampton Roads Division djensen@endhumantrafficking.org Dustin was born in Sarasota, Florida in the United States and upon graduating from high school he enlisted in the Navy. Spending much of his enlisted time overseas in the Middle East Dustin has experienced the best of other cultures yet has also become increasingly aware of aware of people's capacity for inhumane acts. Dustin's introduction to human trafficking was through an article in a local paper that described how Pakistani children are smuggled into the United Arab Emirates to be used as camel jockeys. This prompted Dustin's involvement in the anti-slavery movement and he now works as the Co-Director of the Southeastern VA - Hampton Roads Division of the Project to End Human Trafficking.
Project to End Human Trafficking - Zambia Division
Evans Lombe Director, Zambia Division elombe@endhumantrafficking.org Evans is a native of Zambia, in Africa. He is very active in connecting his community to that of the larger global community. Evans is currently active in the World Association of Non Governmental Organizations (WANGO), the African Agency of Humanitarian Aid (AAHA). In 2002 and 2003, Evans served in the South Africa Office of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA). Evans is working with the Project to End Human Trafficking to coordinate the Zambia Anti-Human Trafficking Coalition.

Rabia Razi Rabia Razi is currently working on her Masters in Public Health with a concentration in Health Policy. She is a graduate student researcher at the Pennsylvania Medicaid Policy Center where she is involved in research related to quality control in managed care. Rabia is currently on leave from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine where she has completed two years of medical school. She earned her BS in Pharmacology at SUNY Stony Brook where she was also involved in biochemistry research. Rabia has been involved in numerous community projects and is hoping to continue her efforts at the Project to End Human Trafficking. She is interested in minority health issues and hopes to practice medicine in an international setting.
Saundra Crumby Ms. Crumby recently graduated from Carlow University where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Social Work.

Sarah Gable Sarah worked as an intern for the Project during the 2005-2006 academic year. She earned her bachelor's degree in Social Work from Carlow University. Currently Sarah is pursuing a master's degree in Social Work from a university in Ohio.
